In a recent vlog on her YouTube channel ANVI, the actress gave fans an intimate look into her self-care routine, one that’s rooted in old-school wisdom, everyday mindfulness, and body positivity.

Instead of focusing on weight loss or building a certain physique, Ankita believes in feeling good, staying active, and nurturing the body and mind with intention. Her holistic approach proves that consistency, simplicity, and tradition can go a long way in keeping you healthy and glowing.

1. Morning Rituals With Saffron and the Sun

Her day starts with a mindful ritual soaking saffron strands in a silver glass overnight and heading outdoors barefoot to greet the rising sun. “Speak in the present, like it’s already done,” Ankita says about her habit of setting affirmations to the water before drinking it. For her, this quiet morning moment fuels energy and gratitude.

2. Daily Ice Cubes for Glowing Skin

Forget salon facials, Ankita swears by homemade skin boosters. She uses frozen cubes made of flaxseeds, fenugreek, aloe vera gel, rice water, and vitamin E capsules to massage her face every morning. “It’s not once a week. It’s every day.”

You won’t find Ankita grinding on a treadmill. Instead, she opts for joyful movement, whether it’s Zumba, a YouTube walking session, or just freestyle dance in her living room. “I don’t want to lose weight, nor do I want to build a body. I just want to stay fit and happy,” she shares.

Ankita dips her face into a bowl filled with ice, lemon juice, and cucumber slices as part of her morning skincare ritual. As soon as it touches your nervous system, your anxiety drops.” She repeats this dip ten times in one go.

Ankita and her husband Vicky Jain start their day with a potent herbal tonic made with fenugreek, fennel, cinnamon, garlic, aloe vera, triphala, Brahmi, ashwagandha, Shilajit, amla, black seed oil, cow ghee, lemon, and soaked nuts. A powerhouse drink that fuels their day.

6. Seed Powder Blend for Bone Health

At night, Ankita winds down with a traditional remedy, a warm drink of roasted and powdered cumin, fennel, and carom seeds. “Your bones need love too,” she reminds us, using this soothing blend to nourish her joints and unwind before bed.
