Bonus Stock: Godfrey Philips India Limited, a tobacco-manufacturing firm, will consider and recommend a bonus equity share in the ratio of 2:1, meaning 2 (two) new equity share for every 1 (one) existing equity share to the equity shareholders of the company. The board meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 04, 2025.
The company will consider the bouse issue along with the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
