The quantum of sentence in the rape case against suspended JD(S) leader Prajwal Revanna will be announced today, August 2, by a Special Court for People’s Representatives in Bengaluru, News18 reported. Revanna was convicted on Friday in one of the rape cases filed against him. The court had also rejected his second bail plea, in which he cited delays in the trial proceedings.
